USS Hunterdon County Shipmates
October 1967-May 1969

 

I didn't get photos of everyone, but I did get quite a few.  I don' t have them all processed yet because I am trying to restore 36-year-old photos and slides.  I also don't remember everyone's name.  If you see yourself and you want to tell me your name for the photo caption, please do (identify the photo for me by its filename or just count from left to right on the thumbnail images).  I also would love to hear from any of my former shipmates. You can contact me at:  jbs@monterchef.net.  While on board the Hunterdon County, most of my time was spent as the night baker.  I also did some storeroom work for a while. There are quite a few pictures of CS3 Joe Rybka.  He was my coworker and best friend.  Our daily routine consisted of constantly insulting each other, but we really were best of friends.
